Welcome! I’m Tracy and I’m so excited to have you on this transformative journey toward achieving a balanced metabolism, vibrant health, and a life full of energy and vitality. Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds, heal your digestion, or simply live in harmony with your mind and body, you’ve made a powerful decision, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I’ve been a student of holistic health & nutrition since 2000 with a deep desire to help others on their journey. I then became certified as a Ayurvedic Counselor. That led to my deep dive on digestion and the microbiome. 

As a counselor and teacher, I have helped many clients harmonize their mind and body. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve lasting health with a focus on digestion and metabolic balance. 

Metabolic Balance is an amazing program that has helped me on this same journey. I feel more energized, centered, and aligned with my body’s true potential.
