Information about the coach
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist, an accredited Wellbeing Coach and a Live and Dried Blood Analysis Practitioner. I am trained in Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine and Nutrigenomics.
I first trained in Metabolic Balance in 2015 and redid the training in 2023. Since 2015, I have successfully taken dozen's of people through Metabolic Balance using my experience as a Nutrition Therapist and Wellbeing Life Coach to support on their journey.
Information on practice
